You’ll witness their progress firsthand and share in their excitement. Plus, involvement fosters memorable bonding moments, creating stronger family connections. Ultimately, it makes this journey a shared joy around their passions.
PROVEN STEPS TO WATCH YOUR CHILD’S THEATER DREAMS COME TRUE
– Parent Attested –
Is your child...
a rockstar singer at home but afraid to sing in public?
hoping to get their confidence back?
looking for a place where they truly fit in and can make friends?
You are still watching your child fail to...
Put themselves out there and try for bigger roles onstage and in life
Overcome their insecurities in social and school settings
Connect with other kids with similar interests as them
- All while fighting the disadvantages of growing up in a social media world –
We know it kills you when
You know they have all the potential in the world but are afraid they will want to quit… before they even get started.
Honestly, how much longer can you watch your child sheltered at home? You’ve tried many different activities and nothing sticks. You want to see them come out of their shell… the way you see them at home… but you can’t get them to participate or show any interest.
It kills you to see them feeling judged by friends at school. They haven’t seemed to click with other students and can’t find “their people”.
And you… are spending money and time switching from program to program trying to find a place where they belong.
Wouldn’t it
just be nice to find a theater family to connect with and grow until they graduate?
To belong to something bigger than just putting on shows…
to grow in confidence, public speaking, and on the stage…
- Visualize what your child is missing out on
- Think how your child’s confidence would progress if they had the opportunity to grow onstage
- Imagine if you could watch them shine in their element
What if your child could…
Attain Bigger And Better Roles
Has your child been a part of musicals and they still can’t achieve the role they are looking for… and don’t know why? By learning tested methods for theater skills that actually work, your child will be able to try-out for better roles with an action plan. While we can never promise lead roles, we can offer the tools for your child to do their best and work competitively to achieve their dreams.
Overcome Confidence To Come Out Of Their Shell
Covid took a toll on everyone but we’ve seen it especially in children confidence. It kills us to see kids shy away from activities they used to dive right into without a care of what others thought. From day 1 to showtime, without a doubt, your child will overcome their lack of confidence and you will see that light shine like it used to. Just you see…
Learn to Sing, Dance, & Act
Have you always wanted to be a star?! From beginners to advanced students each child improves in acting, singing, and dancing. From professional teachers who used to be where your child is now, your child will go from A to Z in 12 quick weeks and master skills they never deemed possible.

“There’s a special kind of people known as SHOW PEOPLE.” Say goodbye to feeling left out and struggling to find anything in common. In a positive and fun environment, CFPA students grow as a family. There is no bond like being in shows together… creating lifelong bonds and memories. Our students stay together and grow as a family as artists and people from grades K-12!
Push To Succeed
Be rid of the lackadaisical attitude. Musical theater is an activity where seniority will not get the part. Students are taught work ethic and time management to grow in their craft in order to put on an incredible musical in such a short period. They are taught quality of work over nonsense, wasted hours to learn time management and quick progress to achieve success in their future.
Put an end to average results with repetitive disappointment. Say goodbye to confidence killers in social media. Stop the constant fear of not doing enough for your child and finally wrap your arms around a theater family to call your own.

How It Works
Our program spans 12 weeks, starting with the first rehearsal to introduce audition material. Students will perform their audition material later that week, and roles will be cast during the second rehearsal. Over the next eight weeks, kids will learn the show material while developing skills in singing, dancing, and acting. In the final weeks, we incorporate essential elements like costumes, lighting, and props, bringing the show together. We teach the process just like a professional production, ensuring a blend of professionalism and fun throughout the journey!
Step 1: Learning the Show
Each week, students meet for 3 hours to put together a high expectation 60-minute musical. Split up into 3 sections, your child will participate in acting, dancing, and singing.
Hour One: Vocals
Step one is to learn the music. Students work with a professional vocal director to learn the rhythms, harmonies, and advanced vocals required by the script. With various talents, the music comes together with different parts and vocalizations to make the music come to life.
Hour Two: Choreography
Next, is time to get on their feet and boogie. The choreographer teachers stylized movements specifically for our chosen show to utilize their strengths and push them physically. In a professional setting, they learn repertoire, history, style, and more to become the best dancers they can be… while singing in harmony!
Hour Three: Acting
While singing and dancing are fun, that would be nothing without the acting and personality behind it. As actors, it is their job to tell the story; to act through lines and in the musical numbers. Engaging every single child in singing… dancing… and acting.
Step 2: Practice Makes Improvement
Now it is their turn to make it their own and bring out their individuality. They learn and practice as a team to advance their skills and bring the show up to their fullest potential.
Put it all together: We break away from the 3-hour schedule and start to put the show together. They run it the way professional theaters do by performing Act I and Act II and creating a flow for the show.
Step 3: show week
It’s showtime!
Dress and Tech Rehearsal
They’ve put in 11 weeks and the final week is to put all the elements together. Lights, camera, action… and don’t forget the lavish costumes!
It’s SHOWTIME!
Let’s hear the applause and fill the house for this show is ready for an audience! It’s what we’ve all been waiting for and they are so excited to present their hard work. You’ll be in awe at the growth from week one of just words on a page to the confident, skilled, and self-sufficient actor your child has become!
Valuable Bonuses
Audition Private Coaching
Work with one of the CFPA team members to prepare for your audition. It can be confusing trying to know what part to go out for and what exactly to prepare. You have the ability to schedule a private Zoom lesson, on your own time, to discuss your best options and to sing for the teacher. This is a great chance to be seen early, audition more confidently, and stand out.
Who is CFPA Not For?
Students who want to quit if they don’t get their desired role
All students who sign up for our shows will receive a role. We spend hours organizing and choosing the perfect role for each child where we feel they will truly excel. While we wish we could give everyone their dream role, that is unrealistic when putting on a musical. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to console but explain to your child how important their role will be in the show. It can be disappointing to not get the role you want, but every part in a musical is necessary, vital, and important.
Parents who want to quit if their baby isn’t the STAR
Don’t be a Mama Rose. Your child is important and talented and will be a STAR in whatever role they receive!
Excuse People
If you are the type of person who makes excuses or blames others for your mistakes. Those who don’t take responsibility for their actions or success will not do well in this program. If you find yourself saying, “it’s hard for me… I can’t achieve… can’t do that because I’m too busy… I can’t get the same level of success” then this is not for you.
Moms who want it… but your child does NOT.
If you’re a mom that wants to see your child onstage but your child is not in the game… then this is not for you.
Kids who don’t have the drive to succeed
If you think you can sit back and do nothing and still expect the same results, you are wrong. This program requires work and self-development to really take it to the next level. After you’ve learned and practiced the material, you’ll have more success in your future and become more advanced in theater.
If you are too lazy to put in the work, you will not see any results and this is NOT the program for you.
Who is CFPA For?

FAQ's
No, we have beginner to advanced students. When putting on a musical, there is a need for all levels and talents. Each child is given a specific role to make them succeed and learn to their best ability.
CFPA is a program to work with busy schedules and teach time management. Everyone is busy, but it’s how you choose to use your time. We choose to use it at CFPA!
Students meet for 3 hours a week on Monday nights. Depending on your role, will require some outside preparation. We say plan to practice 15 minutes a day and you’ll come back to rehearsal confident and much stronger. Total commitment of 3-5 hours a week.
Additional Commitments:
Week 1 we hold auditions and 1 additional vocal rehearsal on Friday and/or Saturday.
Show week: The weekend prior to the show Sat and/or Sun will be a long rehearsal in the theater. We will hold a TBA rehearsal the Mon-Wed the week of the show at our rehearsal facility. This is their final chance to work in the theatre like professionals. Then our performances will be held Friday-Sunday.
We understand that conflicts and unexpected things come up. If we know about it ahead of time, sometimes we can work out the schedule so your child won’t miss too much… but we cannot go back and reteach. Each week, we learn new material and move on. It is your child’s responsibility to learn what they missed.
No child is required to audition. We highly encourage and recommend it as it is a great learning lesson but we do not force the kids to audition. Only students who audition will get speaking and singing roles.
No worries! There are so many important roles when putting on a musical and we know some kids like to be on stage and some kids enjoy the creative process. We started the STAGE CREW program for these creative students to be part of the production but in a way they can excel. They will work closely with our team to be a part of the creative process and make the show even better!
