Are you frustrated watching your child…
Give their all and still not seeing the results they hoped for?
Come out of class without that same smile that used to keep them excited and motivated?
Lack in confidence and worry they can’t overcome barriers holding them back… and you don’t even have a clue on how to pick them back up!
Is your child tired of hearing the same critiques over and over again? Do you both already know that irritating repetitive problem, and wish the judges would give you something useful to work on? By pinpointing and accepting your child’s weakness, you will both be given exercises and tools to transform that pain into prosperity… resulting in better confidence on the stage and in school.
The best way to understand MUSICALITY is… when you see an amazing routine but can’t pinpoint why it was so great. Your child will learn 2 secrets to changing their routine from a “nice dance” to becoming the “WOW-FACTOR” everyone is talking about. These secrets are meant to stay with them so they can become self-sufficient and implement these secrets into future routines to become the next big thing.
Tired of watching your child get beat out at competition, leaving disappointed, and repeating this again the next weekend? Discover the secret to the judges’ hearts. Technique is vital but it can only take your child so far – master the art of storytelling and they will never get overlooked again.
Say goodbye to the same mundane judges’ critiques and average scoring. The final step in becoming the Total Package is to apply personal STYLE. Watch your child take these average dance steps, and make it their own. Gain confidence in knowing they can bring a personal touch to the stage… something special no one else can duplicate.
Step away from nonsense Youtube videos. Without the opportunity of extra technique classes at your studio, your child is disadvantaged from other dancers their age. By following a specific, syllabic plan, your child will go from A to Z in their technical abilities and self-assurance for the studio and community.
Put an end to small-town negativity that your city competitors don’t have to deal with. By discovering the 3 Power Ups, your child will lead their team to rally together and overcome the feeling of feeling insignificant in their small-town dance community.
No more watching your child holding themselves back, no more anxiety in the wings, no more crushed confidence from what other teammates think. Assist in the process to watch your child gain their confidence back and go into the new year ambitious, confident, excited, and energized.
Stop the constant fear of not doing enough for your child and finally wrap your arms around a complete system for launching their dreams.

Good job and super proud of you and your progress!
Evaluation and Audition: We will start with an audition into the program to see if it’s a right fit. In the audition, we will identify what might be holding your child back. This assessment will help pinpoint specific areas for improvement and provide a clear understanding of their current strengths and challenges.
a.) Goal Setting: Based on the evaluation, we will set personalized goals to address the identified issues. This step is crucial for creating a focused plan that will guide your child’s progress on the right track.
b.) Success Strategies: Your child will learn the Do’s and Don’ts of setting up for success in the dance studio. We will cover best practices for preparation and how to encourage others by leading by example.
c.) Stress Management: By perfecting their day-to-day classroom preparation, your child will be better equipped to handle stress on performance days. This approach ensures there are no surprises, helping them feel confident and ready when it’s time to shine.
For Parents: Mom, avoid the whining and crying the day of the show by learning these simple tips and tricks. Not only will your child finally not be the last one ready with everyone running out the door, but they will learn to be less moody when put in stressful scenarios for the stage and in real life. After completing a survey, you’ll receive personalized guidance to your email inbox on how to turn the moody mornings around and take back control.
a.) Receive a personalized critique to learn what area needs improvement. In this week, your child will breakthrough confusion and finally identify what’s been holding them back. With a different approach, they can fix certain technical flaws as well as map out a clear blueprint to blow right by.
b.) They will be given tools to improve their flaws on a daily basis to encourage self-teaching, motivation, and good habits. Uncovering these technical flaws allows your child the chance to progress faster at their local/home studio to achieve quick-fix solutions, immediately.
[And that’s right – no commute to and from lessons or time off work to do it.]
In week five, your child will excel in strength and intelligence. They will learn to practice on their own in a syllabic and strategic method to see quick, safe results. Your child will no longer be flying by the seat of their pants, but they will learn simple tips to work smarter – NOT HARDER… Keeping them off the injury bench and allowing their dreams to become a reality.
For Parents: While your child is learning on their own, you can become a bigger support in their lives by simply learning with them. You'll gain insights on how to help your child navigate their day with greater happiness and health in a dance-friendly environment at home. This will bolster their dance education and overall well-being.
In this at-home video lesson and private personal feedback, your child will start to bring the fun back into the studio. Lacking in facial expressions is just a lack in confidence and the only way to overcome that is by practicing it. Through simple ballet exercises in the privacy of their home, your child will learn tools to bring facial expressions into regular day-to-day classwork; eventually excelling all other kissy faces and “fly catching” mouths in their competition!
a.) In a written lesson, your child will study their music and identify different actions and emotions displayed, much like analyzing poetry. This homework assignment, though brief, can significantly change your child’s approach to expression and help them overcome their fear of facial expressions – in a matter of minutes not years…
b.) This simple yet impactful assignment can be applied to all their routines, enabling them to gain a deeper connection and understanding of their music. As they master this skill, your child may become the go-to person for help with facial expressions and storytelling in performances.
c.) By developing this deeper understanding, your child can emerge as a stronger leader in the classroom, inspiring their peers with their expressive performances and newfound confidence.
Through personal video critiques on your specific choreography, your child will gain purpose in their performance and bring the FUN back into their routine. Your child will learn to display their passion and emotions onstage – freeing their reserved nature… allowing you to wipe away that prideful teardrop when they hit their final pose.
Finally, your child will master musicality leaving the judges to walk away from the table saying, “That child is a STAR!”… which I have done many times as a judge. To get an edge, they will take the course created for singers, “How to Read Music in 7 Simple Steps”. Dancers often ignore the importance of understanding music until we are much older, but Dreamers get ahead of the curve with this course created by my colleague, a Julliard graduate, and professional singer/educator.
Upon course completion, your child will already be performing with more maturity and standout qualities. We will apply music lessons to their choreography and explore musicality in many different styles and genres. This is a lesson they can take with them for the rest of their lives to constantly challenge their syncopation and musicality for the better.
Applying Lessons: Your child will apply all the lessons learned throughout the program to live performances, demonstrating their improvements and newfound skills. This practical application will solidify their progress and boost their self-assurance.
a.) Evaluating Successes: We will conduct evaluations to review their successes and areas for further development. This step helps track their growth and ensures they’re on the path to achieving their goals.
b.) Continuous Improvement: By consistently applying the lessons and receiving feedback, your child will continue to enhance their performance. This iterative process encourages ongoing improvement and prepares them for future successes in competitive dance.

Hey, it’s Brittany! I am here for you and your child, personally.
That’s right! The one-on-one attention I charge thousands for is offered to you for FREE.
Many online courses, teach dance steps and tricks and leave your child to fend on their own. They don’t even check in to make sure your child is safely progressing.
I just couldn’t leave you and your kid to figure this out on their own. It’s physical and each year the tricks are getting more strenuous.
I want your child to see true success and not just flounder on their own – causing more harm than good. You both have direct access to me to progress, learn, and stay safe.
We hold a live stream Q&A for all members. In these live streams, I review your dance progress and speak to your child personally about what they need to do to take it to the Next Level.
I personally review solos your child is currently competing, answer live questions, bring advice on real-life topics to the table, the community becomes their fan for success and I get to be their biggest cheerleader.
*Can’t make the live stream?
No worries. While it’s best if the child, parent, or both to be there live; every session is recorded. If you can’t make it, you can review your feedback on your own time and ask questions in the group.

One of the hardest things for me in grades 7-12 was the loneliness of being “the only one who cared” on my team. They were my best friends, but they just didn’t get it. They didn’t spend their weekends researching musicals, taking off in a second for private lessons, or push their way to the front at conventions.
This loneliness was clear on my 18th birthday… I had always loved attending Dance Olympus competition and convention in Minneapolis. It was 2 full days of sweating, working your butt off, and striving to get noticed. I kept saying how excited I was all week leading up and my teammates all made fun of me and complained. I just couldn’t relate. How could you be complaining about this a weekend of Mall of America, pool parties, incredible opportunities, and a weekend of dance?
We were about to hit the stage for my 9th routine when everything went dark. I fell dancing in the hall and had to be rushed to the emergency room. The competition ended without me… but hey, I still got first place! It has less excitement when you find out at the ER. The convention I had been so excited to attend, I had to be an observer and my teammates, while complaining, wanted to switch me places.
It wasn’t until I had become the observer that I felt like I had finally found my people; only 8 hours away. The conference hall was filled with other kids just like me who were there to be noticed and to grow. There were so many more kids out there like me and I was destined to find them; small-town dancers who were destined to make it big… other dreamers like me.Brittany
Whatever problem or obstacle you are facing… someone else is too. Share and communicate because you might be the light for someone else’s day.
Dream Launcher
Brittany was just a small-town girl from Devils Lake, ND who moved to the city to work professionally as a dancer. She graduated from Oklahoma City University in 2013 and spent the last 11 years as a national dance judge, award winning educator, and professional dancer at Walt Disney World. Brittany understands that no one dancer follows the same journey to success but needs a path mapped out for them to discover their true importance and unique strengths. She travels the world studying dance from all areas and as a small-town girl herself, is passionate about bringing big city opportunities to small-town artists.
“As the Dream Launcher, it is my mission to give back what I’ve learned to be successful and find fame to lonely but desirous, small-town dancers. I know how it feels to be left in the dust and feel like you’ll always be at a disadvantage because of where we come from. Being proud of my home and upbringing, I need to show other dancers they can, too. By surpassing their geographical limitations, they can receive equal opportunities as dancers from the cities. I feel the parents’ apprehension to invest fully in their child’s dancing because it’s an unknown and unsupported activity in their community. I understand the child’s hesitation to set their goals too high because they are afraid dancing will always be a pipedream. They stay awake at night with the constant anxiety they will not live up to what big city dancers are capable of. I can picture these dancers embarrassed to get overlooked time and time again when they really have the potential to hold their own against the big city competitors. They give up soon as this guessing game is exhausted and feels like a never-ending feat.
Which is why I am inviting you to launch your dreams: where the true-hearted talent rises to the top… not just the people with the advantage.
These dancers reach new heights they never could have thought possible! The parent gets to be a part of their process as their number one front runner; just as my mom was (and still is) for me.” – Brittany Noltimier [the Dream Launcher]
If you think you can sit back and do nothing and still expect the same results, you are wrong. This program requires work and self-development to really take it to the next level. After you’ve completed the program, you won’t have to work as hard or as long with each routine, but the work must be put in now.
If you are too afraid or lazy to put in the work, you will not see any results and this is NOT the program for you.
If you are the type of person who makes excuses or blames others for your mistakes. Those who don’t take responsibility for their actions or success will not do well in this program. If you find yourself saying, “it’s too hard for me… I can’t achieve… can’t do that because of blah blah blah… I can’t get the same level of success” then this is not for you.
If you’re a mom that wants to see your child transform but your child is not in the game… then this is not for you.
If you do not want to surpass your team and take on more responsibility as leader on your team then this is not for you. With this Blueprint to success, your confidence will increase and you’ll want to share your knowledge with your friends. If you are afraid of what they might think… then you might want to stay right where you are.
If you are too afraid your friends will judge you for working hard and learning more, this is not the right process for you.
The Academy is created to take you from A to Z in 8 weeks and turn you into a stronger, better dancer no matter what level you are at. You do not need to already have a solo. This system guides you through a set of combinations to improve these steps so you can apply them to routines at your studio.
If you are too afraid or lazy to put in the work, you will not see any results and this is NOT the program for you.
The Academy was created for busy parents like yourself, but who still want to be involved with their child’s dreams and activities. It is your dream to watch your child’s dreams come true and you can’t expect your child to figure that out on their own. With this step-by-step plan, the three of us will communicate and make sure you are in the loop, but the daily action steps are meant for your child to complete on their own.
Plan for your child to set aside 1-2 hours of guided instruction and an additional hour or two for self-development. Depending on your child’s strengths, they may require less time at a certain level but don’t want them to rush through it either. That includes watching the videos, taking the action steps, and attending the Live Stream. By the end of Step 4, you’ll see that learning these steps now, will save your child a lot of time in the future to launching their dreams.
No worries. While it’s best if the child, parent, or both to be there live; every session is recorded. If you can’t make it, you can review your feedback on your own time and ask questions in the group at a later time.
The Academy is an annual course and runs with the dance competition season. The Academy is open for students October – June. If you complete the course and perfect your flaws in 8 weeks, amazing! However, we expect some of the steps to take a bit longer due to childhood strengthening and general growth. It is not about getting it done fast. It is learning how to apply these steps to movement and choreography. It is not a race and if your child needs more time – please don’t feel rushed to complete it.
Yes! Most commonly through Live Streams and Email – We will be in touch. If your child is motivated and puts in the work at home, they will succeed in the Academy.
Hey guess what, I don’t like dancing on Zoom either. While there are certain techniques I can pinpoint on Zoom, there is no way to know if their musicality is correct. The Academy is a set of pre-recorded videos created to give your child action steps for their dance or solo at their local studio. These action steps are usually with a pencil and paper – no screen time necessary.
When your child submits a dance video, it will be pre-recorded and not on Zoom. Then I evaluate and give corrections similar to that of a professional football game, where I can pause, draw charts, and give direction directly to your child.
I may request Zoom if I notice your child is not understanding a critique and I need to hop on to show them in real time. But this is a bonus to make sure your child is reaching their true potential and safely.
